As the world reopens, Cab My Ride is here for you, and we’re committed to helping you feel confident as you get back out there. We’ve made changes to the way our vehicles operate and to minimise the risk of the spread. With enhanced cleaning and sanitisation measures, we want to give you peace of mind while you travel with us.
Changes we’ve made
Face Mask
We’re asking all customers and drivers to wear face masks when travelling. Face coverings are now compulsory on public transport. Please continue this practice when you travel with us.
Hand Sanitisers
Hand Sanitiser is available in our cars, or our drivers will ask you to sanitise your hands before you enter the vehicle. Drivers will provide you with this when they arrive.
Protective Screens
To maintain distancing we’ve added perspex screens in all our vehicles, and added the following restrictions on how many people can travel per at one time myRide ( 4 seaters) is now only three riders from the same household. myRide+ ( 6 or 8 seaters) is now only 4 - 6 riders from the same household.
